I have to agree, I think it is over priced. If it were a lower mileage model then maybe it would be worth the asking price. Just my humble opinion.....

Just re-read the info on the in the advert and it mentions that it could be available as part on a E36 collection?!
Now I would like to see more info on this! I was under the impression the original ME fetured collection was split when Classic Benz had the lot for sale a while ago.

I'd forgotten Classic Benz wanted so much for the complete collection. Never realised they sold them as a complete. That is a good thing, though.
Makes me wonder why they aren't being properly marketed as a collection again, merely just mentioning it could sold as a collection

I read elsewhere today that Classic Benz in Lancs (A Stansfield) has called a creditors meeting. The poster remarked that his car which was there for sale on behalf of owner had gone.
Obviously unsubstantiated at this stage. Hadn't seen them advertising for a while.
I got offered 2x "we'll sell it for you" by dealers on the q7. Glad I didn't take them up on it.

I think when we're talking about a car of such rarity, it's hard to define what's expensive or cheap.

Even if the seller would want 20k for it and if there was none available, but you were looking for one, then you might just end up buying it for the asking price...
