My 2013 SL63's DAB reception has deteriorated and I'm getting drop outs everywhere. I ran a scan using Xentry and its come back with a faulty tuner (short to positive). Not quite sure what that is but it sounds serious.
I see lots of tuners on ebay with the same part number but they have different software codes on their label compared with what Xentry is showing for mine.
Will any tuner with the same part number work with my car or do I need to find one with identical software codes?
