Dash back lights dim

I have a sl350 2012 the dash backlights are dim anyone know if they have replaceable bulbs, as it sure looks as if one or more have failed.
If they can be replaced, can anyone supply information on how to access them?

All the information works fine, except I would like to reset the MPG (due to the cost of petrol) to read maybe 60 or 80 anyone know how to change the MPG?

Have you tried turning the lights up with the dimmer switch?
