Honestly...even with the poor photo that is not exactly what it says. Accuracy is crucial if you want the correct response.

Is there dirt on the sensor in the windscreen that reads road signs?

I wouldn't suggest it's dangerous. It's informational only.

Errors that are dangerous, the car gets pretty assertive in telling you so. Big red writing, bongs, etc.
