I know the cup and saucer is "attention assist is on", but not sure of the car with lollipop next to it is - maybe "road sign recognition is on"?

It reads speed limits.

when I was in Germany a couple of years ago, COMAND was displaying limits that applied to cars (where there were also separate limits for lorries), and translating some of the German associated with the speed limit

Note that this feature relies on a camera in the windscreen right behind the rear view mirror, so won't work when you're driving with the bonnet up....
