W214 feature coding

I have a 23my E220d, it's premium plus with driver assistance package, however Active lane change assist is not enabled, I belive it has the hardware to do it. Is this something the dealership would be able to enable for me or is there anyone else offering coding for the W214?

I am not optimistic.

There has recently been reluctance among independent specialists to retrofit driver aids, and I think that MB actually prohibited this, which means that the dealer will likely not do this.

Then, some driver aid features were deliberately disabled by MB and cannot be reactivated.

Having said that... I guess there's no harm in asking the dealer?
