I am in the process of buying a new CLK 320CDi, from a deaker in Stratford-upon-Avon.

However, I'l like to get the services done in either Milton Keynes or Aylesbury. Anyone had dealings with these dealers.. Good or Bad, please let me know.

Thanks

Hughes own Aylesbury (they are better than MB owned Stealership...)

Sytner Group own Milton Keynes.

Bought my 320 there in January, my brother's having his 270 serviced there next week. I'll let you know how he gets on.

He got on fine it seems.

It was a C service, but it seemed about average at £350. However there were a few extras where the dealer scored brownie points, which can make a lot of difference to perception of dealers:

1. He was having a rear parking sensor fitted. They had quoted £375 (Braybrooks quoted £700), and when it came to the bill, they said it worked out cheaper than they thought, so they charged him less than they had quoted. You don't often get that.

2. He needed 2 new tyres. A local nationwide tyre depot had quoted £218 inc. VAT for ONE 17" tyre  , an indie tyre place in town had quoted £125 inc VAT. MBMK quoted £130 + VAT, and then dropped it to £130 inc. VAT.

3. They left the unfinished consumables (lube spray and screenwash) in the car.

All in all he will be going back for the next service, which says it all, really.
