Hi all. Writing this for advice or if anyone has encountered the same problem.
Back in Feb my EQC had a red parking brake light (!) showing and the brake pedal was up and rock hard. Could not press down. The parking brake was not on and I could drive forward and said “ready to drive”
I called Mercedes roadside in the UK. The tech ran a diagnostics and found some codes (DTC: C212B and DTC: P1C7B) and could not repair at home. I sent it to the local Mercedes garage and since march, the garage technician and master technician are not able to solve it. I’ve had a new relay and vacuum pump fitted. The master technician is working with the technical team in Germany to solve.
Has anyone had this or a similar issue before? Has anyone had an experience with their car being monitored by the technical team in Germany?
Thanks
