Dim backlight.

Hi all,
The back-light on the centre screen in my W211 is so dim I can't see what the fan setting is or, any other settings. Is there a bulb somewhere that needs changing ?

Have you tried turning the button in the lower left of the cluster by the fuel gauge fully clockwise?
That should ensure the cluster is illuminated fully.

Edit Just re re-read your post and see its the centre of the dashboard poorly lit. Try the above and see if there is an improvement.
