In another post he refers to Lanes. As a newish member he was possibly unaware of your proximity and the fact that most peopel would think of you in thsi context.

There are not many dealers that i know that would risk their reputation for the sake of a service and a few bits n pieces...
Just be a little stronger with them maybe, if they find out you are slating them on a public mercedes forum, that should spring them into action!

Soryy, it very definately refers to Lanes, and it is one sided as I have given them ample opportunity for them to rectify my opinion of them, and they could not be less interested. Oh, and very sorry, seem to have been frapped down, I feel like a kid!

I agree, that is sloppy... They should have sorted the bits as its all relatively low cost.. Im sure they would have in house mechanics who could rectify the faults easily and had a happy customer...
