Different ad this time - with different phone numbers, perhaps he'll answer, also no do-not mail messages etc, different ebay account as well, and it looks like he's a breaker, so not answering the phone is very odd.

Or perhaps the trading standards must have nabbed him. He was advertising nuts, when we know that car used bolts. Easy mistake !
