Door Capping

Anyone know how to remove the outside "door capping" the strip at the bottom of the window with the rubber blade. I have damaged mine and bought a replacement, but can see no way of removing it, and I don't want to force anything for fear of damage. It's a W245 B180.

Have a look on utube, I've seen this done on a c class, it may be the same procedure, I think you need to pull the plastic end caps out and then it's a case of pulling the strip up and off the door.
Logically you would think it follows the same method, hope it helps.
