Change pressure sensor located by the offside bulkhead and have your dpf cleaned or reconditioned by a DPF specialist get levels down to zero or perform a Emergency regeneration and resets of the DPF AND YOUR BACK ON THE ROAD flame-logo-2.jpg

Thank you for your reply What about code P029900 turbocharger boost pressure 1 charge pressure too low? Is it to do with dpf issue as well?
Thanks Lena

Hi
Boost pressure to low could be down to a boost leak I would get a full smoke test on the charge air system normal issues are passenger boost hose splits. In regards to the dpf pressure sensor they have modified these and also have a modified connector.

A wee update ...
Car went to dpf doctor : dpf clean , dpf sensor working ... so no issue around dpf found
Been advised that car shows dpf error as there is low boost pressure ...
Went to mechanic : changed dpf sensor and boost pressure sensor - car still showing errors :(
Tomorrow solenoid will be changed so we will see:(
No leak found ...
no sticking vanes ...
Any ideas??..

Have u checked the vac supply to the turbo. The vac system control the turbo operation as well as other engine control eg water pump had a few vac pumps pack up. Pull the vac spinoff on the pass side at the rear run vehicle and see if u have vac supply

Vac test done on actuator - all fine
Engine is producing vacuum from pump fine..
Still waiting for solenoid part garage will try it on monday...
Any other suggestions?
Could this be egr valve? - mechanic says no as errors not shows it..
Thanks lena

What fault codes are u now left with ??
All four as before plus one new dont remember name of sensor but malfunction - sensor in the engine i think responsible for letting car know about misfire ( garage has paperwork will ask on Monday what is a name of the code)...

Hi did you solve the problem P245396 i am already fighting with that almost 2months. Only this fault nothing more. When the car is warmed up and if it goes max 50km/h it goes to limp mode. Or if u turn car off for 8-10mins it get more hot and after start up and few meters it goes to limp again…
Already cleaned the dpf, 4 new sensors(yes 4already), the wiring new original with pins in connector!! Exhaust back pressure sensor new! And still if car is in town or get more warm it goes to limp… you can turn off wait like 10mins and it can go 100km without problem till u dont go slowly or stop for few mins.. sorry for my english.
