If you're still looking for lights, I have a solution.
My driving lights for my 124 Carat front bumper had deteriorated and required replacing. I contacted Carat Duchatelet, who simply didn't want to know.
So I dismantled one of the lights to find a maker and part number.
I then contacted Hella, who made the sealed-unit lights.
The chap I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful. Over the course of a week, he researched my light. He came back to me saying the lights hadn't been made in well over 10 years, with their last application being to buses and coaches!
The modern equivalent version of these lights were slightly larger (and so wouldn't fit the bumper's light apperture), and they cost £120 each!
So the chap suggested I send him a light, and he could attempt to match it. He came back with a light from a tractor which would fit, and came in it at around £60 for a pair, IIRC. Also the glass is available seperately, unlike my, then, existing lights, or the larger modern equivalent! BARGIN!
The only thing I had to do was to mount the lights upside down and have a modified bracket made up.
This research was also done for no extra fee at all, which really surprised me, considering the time spent!
If you like, I can dig out the part numbers. Just let me know
