I have a 2015 E220, with the above fault, I have changed Wheel Bearing and also ABS ring and also sensor on the front left, I am still getting the following issues,
C04AE00 The signal from component L6/1 (Left front axle sensor) is Faulty
On live data speed will go the same as other three wheels upto around 15-25mph then fault comes on and speed will show 40723mph and will stay like that until codes are cleared.
Any Advice or help would be greatly appriciated

Do you mean it shows 40, 7 and 23 mph ?
Can you swap over the front sensors to eliminate a faulty sensor ?

I Could swap over, and actual speed does show as 40723 mph, even when stopped and all other sensors showing 0mph, reset and again all fine upto 15-25mph, then same issue

The sensor sounds duff. I have had my fair share of faulty NEW sensors. I have an actual test process of testing a wheel speed sensor where I use an external hub and plug it into the actual car with engine off. A live data readout will tell me by turning the hub by hand if there is any kind of problem with the actual sensor. My own car had 3 NEW DUFF sensors which was discovered this very way which was quick and accurate. A test drive with live data showing speed of all 4 wheels showed up as all the same and job was a good un. I re-done the teach in process for the clockspring steering wheel centre point aswell just for good measure.
