If I were to guess I'd say probably a Nokia 6210,6310,6310i but it's a pure guess based on the year, the link provided already tells you exactly what to look for

Hi all , If you have the Nokia Cark 91 kit on board it will take a Nokia 6310i , but you can now buy a blue tooth adapter that fits in the cradle and receives the bluetooth signal from your Bluetooth enabled phone and hey presto it will work !

Forgot to say the Bluetooth part is a CARK11 v2
