E320cdi unsolvable problem!!

Starts first time,every time....runs perfectly. Switch off and on restart engine refuses to rev beyond 1500 without juddering. Wait 15 mins, starts and runs perfectly again until next switch off....Would any member have had similar fault or remedial suggestions? Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Check the turbo actuator is working when you have an issue perhaps - they get cranky when they get old
