Hi - i have been lurking with nothing much to say until now.

I purchased this car from Dean James - glad my patience paid off because it is indeed a nice example.

It has mostly been wet since I purchased it last Tuesday, so I have been driving it like Miss Daisy with the occasional squirt at which point I'm hanging on for dear life - what a car!

Spec wise it has nav, harmon kardon, chilled and heated seats (heated in the back), keyless go, self opening and closing boot, rear blind, 4 zone climatic (is that the term?), mint 19 inch grey gloss alloys.

I never thought i would ever buy grey leather but my neighbour recently bought an RS4 with grey leather and it looked great, it does in the CLS also.

Another lovely looking example! I'm glad you enjoy driving it, as every time I get to drive mine it just makes me laugh with the crazy power and noise! Just be careful with the speed as these things are rockets. It would be good to see you at one of the meets

I am not planning any mods as wish to keep the car in original form - its fast enough for me.

The pulley upgrade and decat types mods have crossed my mind, but these types of things have in the past with other cars and I have never done them - it boils down to hassle - I also think it would be a shame to mod this example. That said, given the time/resource on tap - I can see why people do this.

I will clean the car and do a formal intro with snaps at the weekend.

Nice car. Like a lot of dealers they bandy around the "every option" and "fully loaded" monikers a bit too easily. It doesn't have a lot of options though is better specced than some.
