Eclass headlight headlight not working

Hi everyone, my eclass headlight broke I replaced headlight and control unit from mercedes. Low beam and parking light didn't work I got coding done still it's not working. Mechanic said voltage are very low I don't know what's wrong with it. Please help thanks

What sort of E class do you have?? What type of headlamp bulb is fitted?

It's 2014 e220, i am pretty sure it's xenon. cheers
