Has anyone had this happened to them?

Sport (DHP) wouldn't turn off, turning the car off and on sorted it.
Hold feature wouldn't engage, turning the car off and on sorted it.

My car is a MY10 E Class Coupe

My guess -----you have a battery voltage problem. Has you car had a recent spell of inactivity? These new models can drain their batteries in a couple of weeks if sat around. I routinely advocate people buy an intelligent charger and hook it up often.
Other possibility is an electronic fault which has to be diagnosed on a proper STAR system.

Driven pretty much daily. The Hold feature went whilst on a long motorway journey, hit some start stop traffic on the m1. Voltage would make sense though, any hidden menus with the voltage on?

Thanks, i drove it for about 10miles with the voltage and amperage showing. Volts stay at 13v dead 99.9% of the time. The amps range from -2 to +5, however seems to hover around +1amp.

Guessing thats all normal?

Sounds as if battery voltage is OK. That output is battery voltage not alternator output so a good measure of battery health

Sounds like one for the MB Star then, maybe a software upgrade will fix it. I've got another issue which i'm looking to get sorted under warranty so i'll raise it to them then. I'm probably a nightmare customer, things like this bug me :)
