EML - P0101 error

Hoping someone might have some suggestions for a problem I'm having. A couple of weeks ago while driving my CLS350 CDI (W218) it suddenly started to lose power and became unresponsive, the EML then came on. I've scanned it with my scanner and it gives the P0101 code.
I've replaced the batwing intake (2 mafs - genuine Mercedes), MAP sensor (Bosch OEM) and a failed air intake pipe. Clear the code and it's fine for a day or two but then the EML comes back.
Thinking it's time to visit the local Merc indi, but don't think I'll get in this year.

Check for intake air leaks, start with boost hoses etc....

Thanks for replying so quickly. I presume you're referring to the intercooler hoses (rather than the vac lines) - sorry if this is a silly question, recently switched to Mercedes and still finding my way around this engine!

Yes that's correct, if you fixed an air leak already then try and resetting adaptions via star or a scanner that has the function

So you replaced the whole bat wing. It’s common to deform or damage the turbo inlet seal, but the code is for MAF sensor. Did you do a relearn after installing the batwing? If it’s still putting out MAF sensor errors with a brand new genuine batwing, it could be faulty. How much did the batwing cost?

I just cleared the codes, can't see that I can do a relearn with my icarsoft, I guess I need Xentry for that?
The batwing was new and from a company in Germany, came in at about £350 after import taxes.
