End of an era

After 31 continuous years of having a 'Classic' SAAB 99 or 900 in the family, the old girl (ex-father's) was finally passed on to an enthusiast from Kilsyth.

17 years old, sailed through MOT last Tuesday, advertised Thursday, two bites Friday, driven away today. The boy just checked the oil and coolant and did not bother with a test drive.

E-mail just received to confirm home and delighted .

My Dad's 190E is 'G' reg, shiny red in colour, and still going strong, driven by my brother. It should last a while longer. Nice looking car (your Saab).
