engine oil level high

Hi I’m new to the group and to the Mercedes brand I have a 2002 Mercedes C32 AMG Which I brought 15 day ago on the way home with the car it told me the oil level was high I checked the car then I got home and noticed the water level was low and looks like some oil in the water so I’ve since taking it to my local garage and had a pressure test and a dye test came back all clear so I had them change the oil and flush out the water system two days later the car is telling me to reduce the oil level I’ve checked the water and there seems to be oil in the water the car drives fine and doesn’t over heat

Head gasket? Somewhere water is passing from cooling system into your engine. Search in existing engine threads on the forum, am sure there have been a couple recently with lots of info from more expert members

Or oil/water heat exchanger internal corrosion maybe? See this thread;
