EQA Charging issue

My EQA has just returned from being repaired at the garage and now there is a fault on charging.

when I plug the charger in, the socket flashed green and the app says vehicle not charging. Despite the apparent errors though, it still charges.

What kind of a charger? A private single phase charger, a private wallbox, a public AC wallbox or a public DC charger?

The green LED flashes and goes totally off or keeps blinking? Any other LED on?

Hi, it’s a private 7kwh wall box.

The green light on the cars charge socket flashes constantly. This is usually a solid green. The app then says charge failure and car not charging even though it does charge.

My wife is going to try a public charger later to try and isolate the issue a bit more.

What repair was done at the garage?

Accident repair to bodywork, however it looks as though they had done something to the settings because when we went to pick it up, the boot lid only half closed and the horn now sounds every time I lock it which is a bit annoying.

Take it back to them.

If they did any welding, I guess they might have disconnected the battery for a period of time, which in modern cars can lead to various electric issues.

Thanks, that was the plan when I get chance, I was hoping it might be a simple setting somewhere that I have missed that would be an easy solution.

Are you sure about the green LED. Mine flashes green when the battery is being charged. Turns to constant green once charging is complete.

The app reporting a failure is an issue in any case. No idea what could cause it.
