Exhaust back pressure sensor fault

I own a mercedes vito w447 1.6 111 tourer pro i am having trouble with engine management light for months now. It come and goes got it checked from local garrage there was a fault with exhaust back pressure sensor which i got changed but still same problem coming up. I would like to know how can i get that fixed and is there 2 sensors?

Did the garage do a live data on the sensor ? ask them to take it back out to see if the end has soot on it because they can block straight up if the EGR is full of soot. The sensor is in a bad place and that's why they tend to fail all the time as the end gets blocked up easy.

Yes they did and dpf reading was fine and everything looked fine cleared the code and again engine management light turn on again.

There is a DPF pressure sensor and a exhaust back pressure sensor ......... They are in two different locations and my guess is they changed the wrong sensor. You said the exhaust back pressure sensor causing the fault and my guess would be they changed the DPF pressure sensor.

Hi guys im having the same issue with my A180 its its saying on the diagnostic that there is a P047195 Exhaust Gas back pressure sensor 1 mechanical fault anyone know this issue
