F1 - Chasing The Dream

There's a great programme on ITV4 at the moment looking at the 2007 McLaren-Mercedes team and Lewis Hamilton's rise to F1.

I think it may be a repeat of something on late last night on terrestrial TV. Lewis came over very well - a likeable lad by all accounts. Let's hope he does well.

PS The Valencia (?) launch looked awesome - "no donuts"

It did - having worked on a number of similar events the budget must have been ridiculous.

Will definitely be supporting Hamilton this coming season.

That Valencia launch must run into the millions, who ever organized it did a brilliant job. The lad looks very capable and deserves the ride after all his hard work .

It would be nice to see him do well and boy would it make Coulthard look silly. I thought it wrong to criticise the lad, but I suppose Coulthard knows something we mere mortals are not aware of?

It was a good programme - enjoyed it. Also a very good article in Car this month about the McLaren technology centre as well.
