Thanks to Peter at 1st Class Autocare at Coatbridge, he had a look at my car and diagnosed a problem. Having only bought my car from Evans Halshaw I noticed a noise that wasn't apparent when I tested the car, also the car went 'through' their workshop....straight through!! They hadn't noticed that the air filter wasn't fitted into the housing and was rattling around under the bonnet. I had lost confidence in them as they hadn't managed to pick up these faults, fortunately and to my surprise my warranty allows me to take my car to a V.A.T registered repairer so hopefully Peter will be doing the work to my car and not the amateurs at Evans Halshaw!!

yep had a bad experience at Evans Halshaw (cardiff)-nice enough sales staff(as expected) but car had a few faults not picked up-eventually got it sorted nearer home!

Hopefully will get it sorted out soon, the non franchise dealers may be cheaper to buy from but you don't get any real after sales service, more of a sort it yourself service!!
