Fitting diagram ML Sidebars ?

Hi All

I'm just about to take delivery of a set of side bars for my ML (W164). They are genuine MB parts. I dont fancy paying 4 1/2 hours labour at my local dealer for fitting so was wondering if anyone has access to a diagram of the fixing points ? .... fee payable if required

They might yet come with instructions and a fitting kit if they're the real thing.

Im told they come with all the fittings but no diagram as they are usually dealer fitted ....

If they are boxed them they should come with fitting instructions, im pretty sure ours do.

Hello

If they are the alloy bar type side bars there will only be two fitting brackets per bar and its not rocket science as the holes should all be ready there.

The trouble I had fitting them on my own I needed three hands to hold the bars up and tighten the bars.

So a quick down to the local garage and up on ramps, £50 job done (and that included sorting and fitting a back box)
