Fitting reverse camera to s class w220 / 2005

2005 w220 s320 cdi any idea if it’s easy to fit reverse camera , getting power at reverse lights etc be ok but
would there be a connection point ok behind the Comand. It’s nav / dvd / cd , ntg1 as far as I know .
And the 6 cd unit below.

I have the NTG1 in my 2008 E class and was told that there is no input for a reversing camera.

Ok I thought sure there would be a video in wire. Especially with the dvd.

The DVD is built in so presumably internally wired?

This is something I tried to do on my S320cdi without sucess.
In the end went for one of the stand alone dashcams, hardwired, with the rear camera fitted Item number 173650699915 on Ebay.
