am considering putting my flat up for sale and wanted to test the water on here first as it will probably be a long shot!
Basic details are - 2 bed ground floor flat located in North Swindon (Haydon End).
High spec including en-suite to master bedroom, 2 showers, bath, 2 toilets etc.
Open plan kitchen/living room including fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Oodles of work space too with Procellanosa floor tiles in both kitchen and bathrooms. Top quality wool carpet throughout. Excellent decorative order, no expense spared.
Sky/Freeview and super fast (20Mb) broadband already plugged in.
