Or the size. Possibly easier as it may well be caged needle bearing with no inner or outer races to have any number stamped on. A plain bush used to be common for flywheel spigots, and if so in your case, a local machine shop could possibly make one for less cost than the price of a new flywheel.
If a bearing, once sized, as above post any bearing factors should be able to help.
If caged needles, and bearing factors can't help, have a look at small end bearings in 2-strokes - caged needle bearings are universal there. I can possibly help you match one to the size of yours.
