Front wishbone different? W204 c63

Does anyone know if the front wishbones on the c63 amg w204 are the same as the standard models? I need some and sites like AUTODOC say they fit all models but then other people say fits all models but not c63. Merc want 470 for the upper and 230 for the lower which seems astronomical.

Lower are C63 specific, they're thicker, so you'll have to bite the bullet. The upper ones I got from Autodoc and they were identical.

Just noticed, what you're calling upper I call lower. It's the £470 ones you need from Mercedes and they sit in the lower, rear position.
