Alright guys
Anyone know where the fuel filter is located on a m157 & service interval ?
Thanks

Inside the fuel tank. I don’t think there is a specified interval for replacement, but I could be wrong.
Different car and slightly different engine but the fuel filter in my SL is also in the fuel tank and, according to Mercedes, that is changed every ten years.

It's diesel cars the fuel filter gets changed more often, dirty stuff...

Thanks guys sounds like its not a serviceable part on a m157 so wont bother.

I would be stunned if it’s not on the service schedule.

Edited to add: I’ve just checked and my M157 is the same as my M156 and is due every 155,000 miles or 15 years, so it is definitely a serviceable part.

Was watching Tasos video, not sure if the filters can be changed but might need to replace the complete housing unit? On the c63 it would appear to be a sealed unit, so the w212 e63 possibly has a similar build arrangement coming from the same era. Will watch the video again, as I had skipped parts, so I could be mistaken 👍
