Fuel injector question?

Hi all. Our 211 E320 55 plate with 200+K miles has recently started to misbehave when starting from cold. We wait for the glow plug light to go out and then turn the key, it cranks over a few times (it used to start on the 3rd or 4th crank) and then seems to run on less than the 6 cylinders then pick up and runs perfectly smoothly and always starts perfectly when hot.
I just spoke to our local garage and they are recommending taking out the injectors and sending them away for testing (at about £25-30 each) and they suspect that at 200K miles they will need replacing.
My questions are 1) does this sound a reasonable diagnosis and 2) can anyone suggest a place to buy replacement injectors at less than the estimated £300 each please?
We have spent a small fortune on the car this year and could do without spending a truck load more.

The Service exchange Bosch number should be

The above assuming 211 e320 cdi om648 I6 engine 2003-

No mate, it has the V6 OM 642 engine, 211 E320 cdi estate 2005 (55)

Are you sure? Mine is 2005 and has the 648.

Hi, yes definitely a V6, we had the I6 previously in a 210.
