GLE 2017 Android Auto

I've just bought a GLE 205d 2017, and I cannot get Bluetooth or Android Car Play to connect. I cannot see the Car from my phone and when I try car play, nothing connects.
Is there some way to reset it or is there a dianostic I can perform to try and get these working?

[SOLVED - I'm gettng old - I can't believe how stupid I and trying to get Apple Car Play working with and Android phone! Yeah, I know, please don't judget me]
