Following on from another thread where people are lamenting the difficulty of finding good service for their cars , I thought it would be a good idea if forum members could reccomend garages where they have had positive experiences - this can be both franchised dealers or independents .
The Merecedes-Benz Club have had something similar running for a while and most people find it useful .
I'll start off with two dealers and one independent .
Western Mercedes in Edinburgh - parts dept - nothing too much trouble.
Mercedes-Benz of Glasgow - parts dept - ditto
- service dept , limited experience but friendly & helpful.
Merparts , Port Glasgow - very knowledgeable , friendly & helpful . Good , efficient service
