Green-Black colour? opinions...

Whats it like in person?

I am looking to buy an obsidian black. But can only find a green-black W211.

I am going to see it person on the weekend. Anyone have a car in this colour?

My previous s-class was green-black. Not a bad colour, but obsidian is a lot better. Green-black somehow doesn't look black enough IMHO. Colours are a very personal thing though, so I would always want to make sure I am happy with my car, rather than rely on other people. What's the point of someone else liking it - surely, you must drive it and like it?

I happen to like green black, it doesnt look as dirty after a day on the M1 and has that hint of green in it, looks good in the sun..

My W202 is green-black.

My C43 was green black, I thought it looked great.. and as Jay says, it doesn't show the dirt as much as full black.
