Half Door kits ??

Bottom of my doors has gone on my 280 CE. A mechanic friend of mine told me you can get half door kits instead of forking out for a complete new door.

Does anyone know of a company who does these

You can get door skins, but if your doors are well rotten, there may be past that option.

Second hand replacements?

yep he probably means door skins. if the rust is on the main panel then this could be an option.

on a W124 though i'd suggest just using 2nd hand parts..... as the parts are so common and probably a lot cheaper than getting the existing door re-skinned.

wouldnt take much to swap all the stuff round.

Click on 'All Hadrian products' then 'Mercedes'.
They don't seem to list door skins for a coupe but it may be possible to modify one for a saloon. By all accounts, it's difficult to fit these well so it could be quite laborious.

EDIT ; just read its for 123 so doors may be same.
