Head unit not working

Please advise as head unit in my 2016 C220 has just stopped working (getting the white lines, and no controls now for radio, heating, nav, etc). Is there a cheap way to replace with a second hand unit and can you recommend a garage ideally near Swindon please? And any idea of cost to expect please?
