Morning all,
Late last year, my head unit gave up the ghost and stopped working. As much as I tried, I couldn't find anyone in Norfolk to repair it. So, I scoured ebay for a replacement but to no avail and then, one of the same part number pinged up.
Quickly purchased, I installed it and it worked perfectly.
So, I advertised my old unit for spares or repairs and,it sold for the princely sum of £10 !
I mentioned to the buyer that, if he was able to repair it, I would pay to have it back so that the car stayed original.
This brilliant person actually repaired it and, gave a warranty on the item so, all back installed.
Now, the question is, in the replacement unit sitting my garage, are 6 CDs which I forgot to eject before taking it out of my car. I have the plug that came with it but need to know what are the main power cables and, which ones operate the CD player. If anyone can help, I would be grateful.
By the way, if anyone needs a head unit repair, I'm happy to pass on this guys details.

I understand this is an S211, MY2008? If I remember right, a 2008 car can have an NTG1 Comand or an NTG2.5 Comand. Attached the NTG1 CDC wiring. Not sure if it can be operated with power (pin 1) and ground (pin 2) or if it would need control from the head unit via the MOST fibre ring.
