Headlights

The lens/reflectors are setup for the beam pattern that a Halogen bulb emits, Xenon is the same, but HID will not.
Some get confused over the names. Xenon is just an inert gas that is inside the glass envelope, Some seem to class HID as Xenons.

What is actually says is...

"NOT COMPATIBLE WITH CARS FITTED WITH OE XENON HEADLIGHTS"

If your car has oem xenons anyway why would you fit these?

You could fit these and then put an HID bulb in.

And when people say xenon I think we all know they mean factory HIDs, it is only cheap bulb mnaufacturers who started calling standard halogen bulbs which had xenon gas in them 'xenons' and confusing things.

Hi i thought about fitting these as one of my headlights is not as clear as the drivers side, i imagine the cost of one headlight from Mercedes would be a fortune, so i looked at these, the nearside headlight is not that bad it's just me being fussy.

Have you tried to clean it up?

The 3M kit is very good, gets them looking good as new.

Does your car have xenons?
