Help required

Hi experts,

Whilst washing my W219 yesterday, I found this part down by the corner of the windscreen. Basically where all the crud gathers. I tried to see if a similar part was on the opposite side, but couldn't see anything. There are no part numbers on it. Any ideas where it is supposed to fit???

looks to me like end off windscreen wiper?!

Its important to clear the 'crud' or the drain hole may get blocked causing water to overflow into the engine bay. It is on a W204 anyway.

+1. It is almost certainly a spare piece of plastic fitting which probably fell out of the box when the windscreen wipers were last changed.
