Hi all, I just bought a mk2 Vito and it has these codes. P2208 appears to be a NOx sensor, P2242 an O2 sensor. I’ve never had a vehicle with a NOx sensor so I’m trying to find out if that and the O2 sensor are identical parts or is the NOx sensor physically different?
Second thing is; where exactly is the NOx sensor? And where is the O2 sensor? I’ve not had the chance to have a proper dig round yet. The van has no power and the seller reckoned it was due to the wastegate being stuck open, but I can move that by hand so I don’t think that’s an issue. I’d like to sort these two sensors first then go from there.
