Hi, just got a W638 Vito.

Hi all,

Just wanted to introduce myself.

I've recently bought a Vito W638 108D, 1998. 112,000 miles.
A little rust here and there but hopefully will keep going! Had both sills and the rear quarter welded in the last 12 months, so should be ok for a little while.
Have done oil, and changed filters etc.
Anything I need to be aware of?
This is my 2nd one, I had one about 10yrs ago, which was rolling on a set of 18s.[emoji13]
I loved it, and am happy to finally have another. [emoji3]

Hi & welcome, great choice of van had a 1998- 108d myself. absolutely brilliant van mechanically but tin worm was getting the better of it when I sold it..
