High beams replaced.

Today I changed the high beam H7 bulbs, in my E350 C207 facelift for Philips Racing Vision, I’d read a load of horror stories, about people having extreme difficulty with cuts and grazes to go with it, but I found the task pretty easy, both sides took me less than ten minutes to complete, although the wiring could have been a little longer to make it a bit easier, otherwise very straight forward, tbh, I can’t see what all the fuss is about, maybe it’s more difficult on the pre facelift.

Great bulbs , my c207 facelift was a very late 2016 one of the last off the line afaik. It had intelligent LEDs not halogens . I used the Phillips in the wife's ford Kuga and in a 2015 c250 I owned . Big big difference over standard . I changed all 4 on both cars . Highly recommended bulbs .

Yeah, I’ve put them in the cornering lights on my wife’s Kuga.

I don’t understand why Merc thought it was a good idea to fit led low beam and just ordinary halogen high beams, all led would have made more sense.

Most driving is on dipped beam and it saves costs

Mine was all LEDs . Very clever system , something I'd look for in my next purchase.
