I have a 313 2012 with 390k on the clock, ex courier fleet so it was serviced on schedule by merc, it was owned prior to me for 3 years and only did 6k in that time.

It's throwing the codes for a cracked manifold, which I know is common and this was purchased as a project. I'm more than comfortable at getting my hands dirty, but first what else should I be getting into while I'm in there. Turbo, timing chain, tensioner, clutch etc.

Also any recommendations for a indy that is honest and reliable around the Milton Keynes area, if I choose not to get my hands dirty.
 
I think this has the OM651 engine? 2.1 diesel? A very good engine.

Weak spots are fuel filter housing as it has a coolant pipe through it that leaks at the join, very common, EGR is pretty typical. Water pumps can leak.
Timing chain but you would notice the rattle at start up, after 390K miles it may well have been changed already. I have also heard of the oil filter housing can split internally.

Cant think of anything else.
