Well here in Kent and I think, spreading across the UK, we have a new and somewhat dangerous car visibility issue. Main cars affected are Nova's, Very old Rovers and BMW 316's.

These are fitted with LED side light bulbs. This allows the driver to drive in all weather and lighting conditions with only their sidelights on.

Thick fog? No worries. Simply switch on your LED sidelights.
Monsoon rain. A doddle, Switch on your sidelights.
Whiteout snow blizzard. Get those sidelights switched on.

For maximum effect. Use your new sidelights on motorways when approaching traffic ahead in heavy rain. Feel confident that your new LED sidelights do not require the use of any other means of illumination for you to be seen as you approach your quarry. Should you be in any doubt about others maybe not being aware of your presence? fear not!! The giant fart cannon that you have hanging on a piece of coat-hanger under your back bumper will alert people in the next County by bursting their ear drums with hugely amplified sound of young girls farting.

I have noticed this too, no common sense !
