HT Leads for 2010 E350 CGI - Part A2721500318

Hi Community

My E350 CGI has a misfire and my mechanic says it needs new HT leads. Mercedes gave him the part number A2721500318, but then said that there is no stock in the UK and it's a discontinued part!! I've emailed Mercedes in Germany and they have said the same thing!! The car is only 14years old and only has 90k on the clock. I'm not ready to scrap it for the sake of HT leads.

Any ideas or info would be gratefully appreciated.
