Hi. Does anyone know what the icon next to the time is in the photo. It’s a W213.

I think that icon indicates the Mercedes Me connected vehicle location service is active

I think its showing that the location setting is activated. Do you have the vehicle tracker system activated?

Thanks. Yes it's the tracker system.

Except it's not a tracker. It only shows when you're within 1.5km, and not classed as a tracker for insurance as it's not hidden.

That's my understanding, but ready to be corrected.

So the correct name would be Geofencing...

The app tracks the car wherever it is not just 1.5 miles. I'm sure however its not an insurance approved tracker.
