Could be the same issue but since yours is a hybrid might not be, hopefully someone with the same car has had the same issue and shares his experience
I replaced the 12V battery and nothing changed. Guess I'll either try changing the aux battery or just take it to the dealer to get it fixed.
I also plugged in an OBDII scanner and it showed me an error code P2610.

I still havent changed anything in my car but it still keeps throwing up this error, as well it doesnt want to drive on electricity at all. Also when I shut it off I cant turn it on again until the next day. I went to a mb dealer and on the way there it didnt throw any errors. The guy at the dealer told me that the hybrid battery might be broken. I now dont know what to do, since i cant go anywhere with this car other than dropping off kids.
